Andrea earned her West Virginia real estate license in 2000.  She graduated from Shepherd University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Political Science in 2004.  She earned her Master of Business Administration Degree in December, 2007 with a 3.8 GPA. 

While attending college Andrea worked for a local construction and property management firm in the finance and administration department.  She progressed during the next 7 years to manage this real estate, land development, construction and property management company with 10+ employees, 100+ subcontractors and approximately 75 real estate investors.
In 2005 Andrea joined RE/MAX Enterprises, LLC.  Beginning as a part time employee creating advertising and marketing information for their clients, she ultimately becoming the full time Business Manager for two franchised offices.  She was implemental in the business development plans to transfer ownership of these two franchises and attended Broker/Owner Management Training at RE/MAX International.
In June, 2009 Andrea became the Market Center Administrator for Keller Williams Rice Realty, LLC.  She was the operations manager of all facets of two office environments.  She managed the financial and administrative reorganization of the company to survive the worst real estate recession in American history.  Much to Andrea’s leadership the company emerged to a thriving and profitable organization. She also attended many management and leadership trainings at Keller Williams International.
The housing industry has been a part of Andrea’s life since birth.  Her father was a Custom Home Builder and she found herself working along with him in all phases of the construction process during her growing up years. From troweling concrete to operating the backhoe, these experiences have enhanced her career in real estate.
As a young adult she and her brother completely renovated a 1913 Federal style home on the outskirts of Martinsburg.  Replacing all mechanical (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing) aspects of the house as well as removing almost 100 years of wall paper!
Graduating high school in three years, Andrea spent what would have been her Senior year as a Rotary Foreign Exchange Student in Norway from August, 1998 to June, 1999.  Upon her return to the USA, she became active in the Martinsburg Sunrise Rotary Club and served as Treasurer for several years, as well as serving on the Exchange Student Roundtable of the Martinsburg Noon Rotary Club. 
She is a member and former Membership Committee chairperson for the Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association of WV.  Also serving as a volunteer during the annual Home Show Silent Auction.
In addition to her real estate endeavors, Andrea is married and “Bonus Mom” to two teenage sons.  She enjoys entertaining in her home, bowling, and traveling.

Paul offers more than a decade of professional real estate and property management experience, serving the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and Northern Virginia areas.
As a second generation Realtor, Paul has a lifetime of real estate experiences that serves as a great resource to his clients.  Paul currently holds a Broker's license in both West Virginia and Virginia.
Paul is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a major in finance and minors in economics, accounting and history. He started his career with a financial investment company where he was very successful as an executive manager. He then made a career change and became a professional recruiter with Manpower among others. In 2005 he began his professional real estate career in Oklahoma City before relocating to Martinsburg, WV. He obtained his WV Broker's license in 2006 and his VA Broker's License in 2010.He currently serves as the Team Leader at Keller Williams Rice Realty and the CEO of Rockstar Property Management and a partner of Rockstar Realty and the AllStar Team.
His primary goals are to help people achieve their dreams in real estate.  As a Realtor, he helps them to build wealth through home ownership; as a property manager, through the purchase and management of investment properties, or as a Team Leader, helping real estate licensees to develop as real estate professionals in the Keller Williams franchise system.
Paul was born in St. Alban's, VT but soon after his family relocated to Manassas, VA. He graduated from Osbourn High School where he was active in sports playing football and soccer. Paul is married and has two teenage boys. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and traveling.

Diana started her career as an independent insurance agent. She worked at Arndt McBee Insurance Agency, Frederick Underwriters, Smallwood and Small, and Metropolitan Life Insurance Agency. She was very successful and spent a number of years in insurance sales.

In 1983 Diana became a licensed real estate agent with Baker & Parkinson Real Estate Agency. Since then she has been with several different real estate firms but mainly specializes in property management and residential real estate sales.

Diana joined Rockstar Property Management in 2011 and has been our #1 Property Manager!

Diana is a Berkeley County native. She is married and has 4 children, 11 grandchildren, and 1 great-granddaughter.
